Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Sales Manager, based in Delhi, India. The Tele Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of telesales executives, setting and achieving sales targets, and increasing lead conversion rates. They will develop and implement effective sales strategies, analyze performance metrics, and work on enhancing customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role includes training and mentoring team members to ensure consistent growth and performance. Qualifications • Strong sales and telesales experience, including setting and achieving sales targets. • Proficiency in team management, leadership, and ability to motivate and mentor team members. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer engagement. • Data analysis and reporting skills to monitor sales trends and performance metrics. • Knowledge of insurance products and services, particularly life insurance, is highly desirable. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment and handle high-pressure situations. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
