Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Indore. The Telecaller will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, engaging with prospective and existing clients, providing product or service-related information, and addressing customer inquiries effectively. The role also includes maintaining detailed records of interactions, building rapport with clients, and working collaboratively with team members to achieve targets. Meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional customer service will be key components of this role. Qualifications • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Customer service skills, including the ability to handle queries effectively and professionally • Proficiency in record-keeping and attention to detail • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and database systems • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to meet deadlines • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not mandatory • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or communication will be beneficial
