Telecalling Team Lead

Kaabil Finance is looking for a driven and experienced Telecalling Team Lead to hire, train and manage our calling team and strengthen our performance across various telecalling departments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in team management capabilities, and a sharp understanding of telecalling processes. Key Responsibilities • Lead and motivate a team of Tele-Calling Executives to achieve monthly targets. • Monitor team productivity, call quality, and adherence to scripts and compliance guidelines. • Review call dispositions, drive follow-ups, and optimise contactability and conversion. • Coordinate with field, legal, and MIS teams for escalations and investigations. • Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and highlight trends, gaps, and action plans. • Ensure customer communication is professional and compliant. • Hire & Train Telecallers to build teams and increase output. Requirements • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline. • 2+ years of experience in Telecalling team handling. • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. • Good understanding of digital/tele calling workflows, basic MIS, and hiring mechanisms. • Experience in NBFCs/Banks/Fintech preferred but not mandatory.
