Role Description This is a full-time Telesales Executive position within the real estate sector, operating on a hybrid model based in Gurugram with some flexibility for remote work. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients, providing property-related information, and addressing inquiries professionally. Additional tasks include identifying new leads, nurturing client relationships, maintaining proper documentation, and ensuring timely follow-ups to support sales processes effectively. Qualifications • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in client engagement, and negotiation • Ability to deliver excellent customer support and manage client inquiries • Good understanding of the real estate market, property trends, and sales processes • Organizational skills to manage client data, schedules, and follow-ups • Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus • Knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Real Estate is an advantage
