Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Intern role based in Gurugram. The Telesales Intern will handle daily tasks such as engaging with prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions. Key responsibilities include addressing customer queries, promoting products, generating sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. The intern will also collaborate with the team to improve customer support processes and meet sales goals. Qualifications • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills • Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written • Basic Sales knowledge and the ability to identify customer needs • Capability to provide Training to customers where necessary • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment • Positive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn • Prior experience in customer interaction roles is a plus • Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
