Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager located in Faridabad Haryana. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing Partner sales, Distribution Managers, Insurance Managers with Financial Advisors in a designated geographic area, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and providing support. Additional tasks include building and maintaining relationships with partners, conducting regular training sessions for team manager, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. Qualifications • Strong sales leadership and negotiation skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in managing and leading a sales team • Ability to develop and implement effective sales and Managing strategies • Knowledge of the insurance industry and market dynamics • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
