NoBrokerHood is seeking a full-time Territory Sales Manager for the Ahmedabad location. This on-site role involves driving sales activities, building and nurturing client relationships, and promoting NoBrokerHood’s products and services. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, training and motivating team members, meeting sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions to help them enhance their community management experience. Qualifications • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to meet or exceed targets and expand market presence. • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients. • Experience in Training and mentoring team members to improve performance and achieve sales objectives. • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and proactively solve problems. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. • Experience in real estate, tech-enabled services, or community management solutions is a plus.
