About the job
Role & responsibilities 1. TikTok Shop Setup & Storefront Management Manage end-to-end TikTok Shop setup, onboarding, catalog structure, and category mapping. Optimize storefront layout, product placement, and branding to improve user experience and conversions. Ensure compliance with all TikTok Shop policies and guidelines. 2. Product Listing Optimization & TikTok SEO Conduct keyword and trend research to improve listing performance and organic discovery. Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and hashtags. Perform regular listing audits to maintain ranking and improve conversion rate. 3. TikTok Ads Strategy & Campaign Management Plan, execute, and scale TikTok Ads campaigns (Spark Ads, Non-Spark Ads, Promo Ads). Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies. Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CVR to ensure campaign profitability. 4. Creator, Affiliate & Influencer Management Identify, onboard, and coordinate with creators, affiliates, and KOLs for collaborations. Manage seeding, content approvals, payouts, and performance tracking. Build long-term creator pipelines to maintain consistent revenue growth. 5. TikTok Marketplace Operations Monitor seller score, order flow, logistics, cancellations, and return metrics. Coordinate with internal ops teams to ensure timely fulfillment and issue resolution. Maintain high operational standards to improve shop performance and trust rating. 6. Performance Tracking & Reporting Prepare weekly, monthly, and campaign-level performance reports. Analyze platform insights, trends, and analytics to identify improvement opportunities. Share actionable recommendations to improve CTR, CVR, AOV, and overall GMV. 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with creative, operations, and account management teams to ensure smooth execution. Provide inputs for content production, creator briefs, and promotional strategies. 8. Strategy & Growth Planning Develop and implement growth strategies for TikTok Shop and TikTok Ads. Stay updated with TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and marketplace best practices. Drive initiatives to scale revenue, reduce inefficiencies, and improve delivery timelines. Ideal Candidate Profile 4–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with 3+ years focused on TikTok marketplace operations. Proven expertise in TikTok Ads Manager, TikTok Shop backend, and influencer commerce. Strong knowledge of affiliate and influencer marketing strategies. Proficient in creative testing, performance analysis, and campaign optimization. Skilled at coordinating across creative, operational, and campaign execution workflows. Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a track record of improving campaign efficiency.
