Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tool Room Manager based in Rewari. The Tool Room Manager will oversee operations in the tool room, including the maintenance, repair, and fabrication of tools and dies. Responsibilities include supervising a team of technicians, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining inventory, managing production schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role includes optimizing tool performance while minimizing downtime and collaborating with other departments to meet production targets. Qualifications • Proficiency in Tool Maintenance, Repair, and Fabrication Techniques • Experience in Production Planning and Inventory Management • Leadership and Team Management skills • Strong understanding of Safety Standards and Process Optimization • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities • Technical skills related to operating and maintaining machinery • Experience with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing tools is highly beneficial • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field • Prior experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or metalworking industry is preferred
