About the job

The Total Rewards Infrastructure Lead is responsible for proactively building, enhancing and maintaining the infrastructure, tools, processes and systems that enable seamless, accurate and efficient delivery of Total Rewards programs globally. With a strong focus on continuous improvement and automation, this role oversees the execution of the annual compensation planning cycle, ensures the integrity and efficiency of benchmarking and survey submissions, drives insights through data and dashboards, supports the Total Rewards technology roadmap, and will act as a key member on projects in delivering high-impact solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: • Own and manage the end-to-end execution of the annual compensation planning cycle, ensuring tools, timelines, processes, and communications are well-coordinated and executed without error. • Oversee the team’s participation in compensation and benefits surveys, ensuring timely and accurate submissions and development of a scalable, consistent market benchmarking framework. • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that provide stakeholders with actionable insights into Total Rewards trends, pay equity, and program effectiveness. • Drive the Total Rewards Technology RoadMap used by the Total Rewards team and collaborate with the Technology & Total Rewards Team, Senior Leadership, Finance, and other partners to support tool configuration, upgrades, and enhancements aligned with broader HR technology strategy. • Identify and implement process improvements and innovative solutions to increase efficiency, scalability, employee & customer experience, and impact of Total Rewards initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or Finance
