Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tourism Manager role based in Thane. The Tourism Manager will oversee guided tours, manage day-to-day tourism operations, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include developing and implementing tourism strategies, providing excellent customer service, and promoting the organization’s services through strategic marketing efforts. The role also involves coordinating with vendors, managing tour schedules, and continuously improving the overall guest experience. Qualifications • Expertise in Tourism Management and a strong understanding of the tourism industry • Experience in Guided Tours and customer engagement • Skills in Tourism Marketing to promote services and attract clients • A customer-oriented mindset with strong Customer Service skills • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proven ability to lead a team and manage operations effectively • A Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Management, or a related field • Familiarity with sustainable tourism practices is a plus • Experience of at least 3 to 5 years.
