Key Responsibilities • Assist in preparing financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses for various business units. • Collect and analyze financial data to support management reporting and strategic planning. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track budget performance and project expenses. • Conduct industry and competitor research to support market trend analysis and investment recommendations. • Support the preparation of investor reports, presentations, and financial summaries. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to data-driven decision-making. • Maintain accurate financial documentation and assist in ad-hoc reporting as required. Required Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (final-year students may also apply). • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial modeling techniques. • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements. • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis are encouraged to apply. • Any internship experience in a finance or startup environment will be an added advantage.
