Job description Company Description V S Jadon & Co. Valuers LLP is a consulting business that provides valuation and certification services on a pan-India basis. Our team consists of experienced and qualified professionals providing valuation and engineer certification services. Job Description • Inspection of Real estate assets, Extraction of relevant data from Sale deeds and related property documents, verification of Approved plans, Reconciliation of Site inspection data with property documents like Sale deed, approved plans, floor plans, Construction permission, occupancy certificates. • Inspection and listing of machines with technical specifications, production efficiencies, searching of quotes and transaction data of machines, study of technological obsolesces, estimating of total economic life and balance economic life of machines, calculations of depreciation and cost to cure. • Summarizing the data and making comparative charts. Projects – Valuation of Real estate and Manufacturing plants. Training period – 1 year. Preferred Qualification - Degree or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
