Job Role:-Trainer - Full Stack Exp Range:- 2yrs - 8yrs Role & responsibilities Curriculum Development: Design, update, and deliver comprehensive training content for full-stack technologies (e.g., Java/Spring Boot, MERN/MEAN, Python/Django/Flask). • Training Delivery: Conduct interactive lectures, hands-on coding sessions, and practical labs for diverse audiences. • Student Mentorship: Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer guidance on projects and career paths. • Placement Readiness: Prepare students for technical interviews, including mock interviews and certification guidance. • Industry Alignment: Continuously research and integrate the latest industry trends and best practices into training. • Assessment & Reporting: Create and conduct assessments, track performance, and report on training effectiveness. Preferred candidate profile: Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in: • Backend: Java/Spring Boot, Python/Django/Flask. • Frontend: Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. • Databases: SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB, etc.). • Tools: Git, RESTful APIs, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP). • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to simplify complex topics. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
