Department - Training & Certification Knowledge of certification process as per ISO17021. Knowledge of ISO standard at least 1. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to promote continuous learning and development. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop targeted programs. Design and deliver induction programs to welcome new employees into the organization. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and metrics analysis. Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, progress reports, and evaluation forms. Job Requirements Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a similar industry or role. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Proficiency in adult learning principles, instructional design models, and e-learning platforms. Strong project management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
