Job Description The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Training Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will partner with clients, India, and global teams to facilitate learning and drive client and Capgemini learning parameters aligned with driving growth. The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees, ensuring they are equipped to meet the company's objectives. Secondary SkillsQualifications: • Minimum of 20 years of experience in L&D space, should have exposure in building and delivering communication trainings/ Programs. • Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role. • Excellent communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience facilitating and presenting in front of larger audiences. • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to collaborate with various departments. • Self-motivated with a passion for learning and development. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with global teams and clients. • Delivery oriented experience will be of advantage. Primary SkillsOur Ideal Candidate: • Define L&D goals / KPIs that align with the business goals and strategy, and execute learning initiatives to meet these goals. • Serve as a learning & development consultant to BU Heads, partner with Engagement managers to understand their learning and development requirements, plan and implement learning solutions that address their needs. • Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners to implement training plans in the engagements, drive performance and career management initiatives through individual development plans of employees. • Analyze organizational learning needs through assessment of competency gaps, performance metrics, employee surveys and voice of the customer. • Build a learning & development curriculum based on the needs identified, aligned to the competency framework within the organization. • Roll out training plans and monthly training calendars based on the learning & develop curriculum. • Drive adoption of various learning solutions including classroom, e learning and new age innovative technology driven learning methodologies. • Define learning & development metrics and create dashboards for L & D and present them in management reviews with actions for improvement. • Develop content and design training modules focused on defined competencies and the audience requirements. • Facilitate and deliver training on diverse leadership and professional skills for mid-to senior managers in the organization. • Lead a team of trainers / learning partners to execute L & D initiatives and meet L & D goals. • Work collaboratively and partner with the Global and Country Learning & Development team to drive global initiatives in India. • Ensure learning & development processes are aligned to the standard operating procedures – achieve full compliance in internal and external audits. • Solve problems and overcome obstacles to ensure training programs are delivered successfully. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and development. • Experience in implementation of learning theories and creating robust and complete learning programs.
