We’re looking for a dynamic professional who can nurture talent, foster a culture of excellence, and align training initiatives with our wellness-driven ethos. 🎯 Key Responsibilities • Design and implement training modules across departments (F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, etc.) • Conduct regular skill assessments and feedback sessions to identify growth opportunities • Collaborate with department heads to tailor learning paths for operational excellence • Champion wellness-centric service philosophies in all training content • Monitor training effectiveness and continuously refine programs for impact • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring brand alignment from day one Ideal Candidate • Prior experience in training roles within luxury resorts or wellness hospitality • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experiential training methods • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills • Passionate about team development, guest experience, and wellness culture • Creative mindset with the ability to inspire and engage diverse teams This is a unique opportunity to shape the heart of a resort that redefines luxury through wellness and human connection.
