Job Purpose To impart training to Front Line Sales Force in order to upgrade their job knowledge through the induction and develop their skills through interventions periodically in the areas of recruitment and selling skills workshops. Key Challenges for the role – • Deliver the required number of stipulated maydays’ to ensure better Training Coverage • Implementation and coverage of training architecture to ensure desired learning • Support sales team in building engagement & mind share with distributors • Product launches • Self development • Skill enhancement Principal Accountabilities Accountability Supporting Actions Sales Training • Continuous interaction with the channel partners • Mapping all the key decision makers and ensuring that the same information is shared with the superior • Aggressively downloading all the RnR activities running by the organisation. • Support FLS Manpower to achieve Business Targets Deliver Sales Training - Classroom and Field • 1. Communicate any process change or change in any rules and regulations by the help of different training module. • 2. Monitor progress of RO's on a continuous basis. Coordinate with the Sales team in the assigned region to standardize learning and identifying the Training Need Training exposure in financial domain is preferred Create Measurable impact on productivity
