Join us as we transform early learning across India ? • Our Big Goal – Transforming Early Childhood Education ✨ Impact 1 Million+ Children Annually • Expand from 700 to 7000 Partner Schools • Democratize Quality Early Education As a Training Manager, you will be a key driver in making this vision a reality. • Your Impact at a Glance • School Success Champion Conduct daily school visits to observe curriculum implementation Ensure timely and effective execution of the Kreedo curriculum Drive high standards in classroom delivery • Teacher Development Leader Train teachers on academic implementation Conduct structured classroom observations Provide actionable, constructive feedback Identify teaching gaps & provide hands-on solutions • Customer Relationship Owner Own complete school onboarding & training journey Provide ongoing curriculum support Deliver quality service with strong customer focus Manage assigned school accounts end-to-end • Quality & Reporting Expert Write detailed classroom observation reports Share follow-up reports with school leadership Track implementation progress & training needs Escalate unresolved issues with clarity & ownership • ?? Parent Engagement Driver Ensure completion of parent orientation programs Support and oversee parent engagement initiatives Address teacher and parent-related concerns proactively ?
