- *Training Manager Government Course Project (Education Industry)** - *Job Summary** The Training Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing training programs under education or skill development projects. The role ensures that training is delivered according to guidelines, curriculum standards, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities - Training Program Management Plan and implement training programs skill development projects.Prepare training schedules and coordinate batch planning- Recruiting Students.- Curriculum & Training QualityEnsure proper delivery of the government-approved curriculumMonitor training quality and student engagementConduct training assessments and internal evaluations.- Government ComplianceMaintain documentation as required by government authoritiesEnsure training records, attendance, and reports are properly maintained.Prepare reports for audits and inspections- Student ManagementMonitor student attendance and progressHandle student queries and training issuesEnsure students complete training and assessments successfully.- Monitoring & ReportingTrack training progress and project targetsPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for project management and government agencies.Monitor training outcomes and placement results (if required).- CoordinationRequired SkillsTraining managementLeadership and team coordinationCommunication and presentation skillsExperience in training management or skill development programsExperience working with government projects or education programs is an advantage.- *Preferred Experience:**Experience in Skill Development Projects such asNational Skill Development Corporation (NSDC)Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY)Skill India Mission programs.- *Thanks & Regards,**- *Vinedha S**- *8940004830**
