Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager located in Jaisalmer. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and improving service standards. Responsibilities include assessing staff training needs, developing training materials, organizing workshops, and mentoring employees to ensure professional growth. The Training Manager will also collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals and maintain a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications • Strong leadership and managerial skills to coordinate and oversee training initiatives • Expertise in designing, delivering, and measuring training programs • Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Experience in the hospitality industry and knowledge of luxury service standards • Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively • Familiarity with employee performance evaluations and development processes • Ability to inspire and motivate employees to achieve excellence in their roles • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Hospitality Management, or a related field • Advanced certifications in training or hospitality management are a plus • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
