Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Manager (L&D) located in Gurugram. The Training Manager will design, develop, and implement innovative learning strategies tailored to business needs. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, evaluating employee performance post-training, developing learning materials, and keeping employees updated with industry trends. The role also involves collaborating with various teams to identify skill gaps and create effective training programs. Qualifications • Learning and development expertise, including instructional design and training strategy development • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse audiences • Program evaluation, performance assessment, and feedback mechanisms • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Effective communication, leadership, and stakeholder collaboration skills • Proficiency with digital learning tools and platforms; experience with e-learning development is a plus • Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and drive measurable outcomes • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A certification in Instructional Design or Training and Development is advantageous.
