The Training Program Manager will be responsible for designing and managing comprehensive training programs to meet organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include program planning, implementation, evaluation, and improvement. The role also involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure effective curriculum and materials development, alongside tracking and analyzing program outcomes to measure success and areas for improvement. Required Skills: • Strong skills in Program Management and Analytical Skills, including planning, monitoring, and problem-solving capabilities. • Experience in Training & Development, such as managing and delivering diverse training sessions effectively. • Proficiency in Curriculum Development and designing training materials tailored to organizational and learner needs. • Proficiency in MS Office, primarily in Excel and PowerPoint. • In-depth knowledge of implementing training initiatives, ensuring measurable improvements within a structured framework. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various teams and support their development needs. • Proven ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously within a timeline-driven environment. • Prior experience in similar roles is an added advantage. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. • Must be passionate about travelling for outstation projects.
