About the Role We are looking for a Training Specialist to deliver high-quality product training and onboarding sessions for enterprise customers and strategic partners. In this role, you will help customers successfully adopt and use the platform by delivering structured training programs, workshops, and webinars. You will work closely with customer success, implementation, and account management teams to ensure customers gain maximum value from the platform and develop strong product knowledge. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy teaching technology, working with customers, and simplifying complex analytics concepts. Key Responsibilities • Deliver product training sessions to customers during onboarding to help them effectively use the platform. • Conduct training sessions for new teams or departments within existing customer organisations. • Deliver webinars and virtual training programs for multiple customers (one-to-many training). • Provide enablement training for solution partners and partner networks. • Develop deep expertise in the platform and act as a product expert for customers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Implementation, Account Management, and Sales teams. • Help customers understand key platform capabilities, analytics insights, and best practices for using the product. • Continuously improve training delivery by gathering customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement. What We’re Looking For • 1–3 years of experience in a training consulting role. • Prior experience in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or analytics platforms is preferred. • Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and explain them clearly to different audiences. • Experience delivering virtual training sessions, workshops, or webinars. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, global team environment. • Highly proactive with strong ownership and follow-through. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with digital analytics or customer experience platforms. • Familiarity with product analytics, marketing analytics, or customer journey analysis. • Experience training enterprise customers or client-facing teams.
