About the job
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. • What would the work Entail: • 3 to 5 years of Residential Real Estate Transaction experience with good knowledge of Bangalore geography • Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with Key Account Clients and Key Decision makers in the industry • Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with developers/property owners and HNI clients • Review properties and propose suitable options for the requirement • Manage/ Build an enthusiastic, driven and ambitious team in the most productive manner. • Manage the transaction process end – to – end in an efficient manner to achieve smooth closures • Responsible for the individual/ team’s P&L Your Attributes: • Team handling • Self-starter, Entrepreneurial, Confident, Collaborative with ability to multitask, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Excellent with MS excel, word and Power Point presentation. • Good communication skills – written and spoken • Understanding and commitment to client satisfaction and client management
