Job Description Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to support the smooth and complete transition without any disruptions from the platform perspective Do 1. Provide technical support for effective transition a. Interact with the client team to understand the virtualization of the platform to support transition b. Understand the setup BAU requirements, infrastructure setup, network, storage etc. c. Highlight resource requirements, any risk issues and its mitigation plan to the internal transition team d. Create the required setup to support the transition team and share the details with the GCC/ dedicated BU team e. Review the KAP at the go live phase and continue to shadow till BAU 2. Provide value-added services & reports to the clients & internal stakeholders a. Document the platform requirements and the resources required to meet the requirements as per the transition framework b. Ensure resolution of escalation and troubleshoot as requirement c. Preparing project documentation which accurately reflects the current status of changes and outstanding issues w.r.t. transition project d. Update MIS, databases with detail and status of projects for Clients, BU MIS, Steering Committees, and other concerned stakeholders Deliver No. Performance Parameter Measure 1.
