Job Description We are seeking an experienced Transition Lead - PMP to join our team in Bangalore or Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transition and mobilization, project management, and certifications in PMP, Prince2. Responsibilities: • Lead transition and mobilization efforts for large-scale projects. • Develop and implement transition plans to ensure seamless handovers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks. • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
