This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy conversations, understand customer needs quickly, and take pride in converting interest into memorable journeys. You’ll engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, guide them through travel options, and close bookings while building trust and long-term relationships. Whether you’re starting your career or bringing prior sales experience, we provide the tools and training to help you succeed. What You’ll Do Customer Engagement & Sales Connect with prospective travelers through inbound and outbound calls. Understand travel preferences, budgets, and expectations to recommend the right packages. Present travel offerings confidently and address customer questions or concerns. Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings through consultative selling. End-to-End Booking Experience Guide customers from the first interaction through booking confirmation. Ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive customer experience at every stage. Provide follow-ups and support to build confidence and trust. Relationship Building & Growth Build strong rapport with customers to encourage repeat and referral bookings. Maintain accurate records of conversations, preferences, and sales activity. Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and quality benchmarks. Who Can Apply Freshers with strong communication skills and a sales mindset are welcome.1–5 years of experience in B2C sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles is a plus.Travel industry experience is not mandatory—training will be provided.Confident communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.Customer-first attitude with a natural ability to build rapport.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
