Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive based in Navi Mumbai. The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for handling travel-related sales enquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and delivering customized travel solutions. Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound travel sales leads and convert them into bookings. • Design and sell customized holiday packages, corporate travel, and MICE solutions. • Prepare itineraries, quotations, and costings as per client requirements. • Coordinate hotel, flight, transport, ferry, and activity bookings. • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. • Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively. • Update and manage bookings and customer details in CRM systems. • Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution of travel plans. Qualifications & Requirements • Mandatory: Prior experience in the Tour & Travel Industry. • Minimum 1–4 years of experience in travel sales. • Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, itineraries, and booking processes. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred.
