We specialise in high-converting regional UGC content, managing everything from scripting and creator direction to final video delivery, with a strong focus on South Indian markets. Job Role: UGC Manager We are looking for an experienced UGC Manager who has hands-on experience in UGC scripting, ideation, and creator direction. This role is strictly for candidates who have previously worked on UGC videos and understand how performance-led content works. Languages Required: Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam(Strong command in at least one regional language is mandatory. Understanding of regional language nuances is critical.) Roles & Responsibilities - Write, review, and optimise UGC scripts for ad and performance use - Ideate UGC concepts based on brand briefs and audience behaviour - Direct creators on delivery, tone, hooks, pacing, and CTAs - Manage end-to-end UGC video execution from scripting to final delivery - Ensure regional language accuracy, cultural relevance, and nuance - Coordinate with creators for reshoots, revisions, and approvals - Work closely with internal teams to meet quality and timeline expectations Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable) - 2+ years of experience in UGC content - Strong scripting and ideation skills are mandatory - Prior experience in directing creators for UGC videos - Deep understanding of regional language nuances - Clear understanding of the difference between organic content and UGC ads ❌ If you do not have hands-on experience in scripting and ideation, please do not apply.
