Job Title: UI Developer (React.js) Experience: 4–8 Years About the Role We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI Developer with strong expertise in React.js, modern frontend technologies, and responsive design. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for aesthetics, performance, and user experience — with the ability to turn design ideas into clean, efficient, and visually appealing web interfaces. Key Responsibilities • Develop pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend practices. • Implement and customize UI frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Material UI, or similar. • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices. • Ensure cross-browser compatibility, SEO-friendly structure, and optimized performance. • Enhance user experience with smooth animations and interactive effects. • Maintain web accessibility standards and improve overall UI/UX consistency. • Collaborate with designers and developers to translate Figma or XD designs into high-quality front-end output. Requirements • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and React.js. • Hands-on experience with Tailwind, Bootstrap, or Material UI. • Solid understanding of responsive design, SEO best practices, and web performance optimization. • Knowledge of UI animations, accessibility (A11y), and cross-device testing. • Strong sense of design quality and user experience.
