Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a UI Developer based in Indore. The UI Developer will focus on creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. Daily responsibilities include designing UI components, developing responsive web design, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with user needs, and ensuring usability and performance standards. The role involves identifying and troubleshooting UI/UX issues, optimizing applications for maximum speed, and implementing best UI/UX practices to deliver a seamless user experience. Qualifications: • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for web and mobile application development • Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards • Skills in UI/UX design principles, wireframes, prototypes, and tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD • Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and debugging tools • Ability to collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Knowledge of Agile methodology and version control systems like Git is a plus • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a user-focused mindset
