Role Overview We are looking for a UI/UX Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of user-centered design projects. This role bridges design, product, and engineering teams to ensure intuitive, high-quality user experiences are delivered on time and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end UI/UX projects from concept to delivery • Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables • Manage design workflows, sprints, and resource allocation • Ensure consistency in design systems and user experience standards • Facilitate user research, usability testing, and feedback integration • Track project progress and proactively manage risks and bottlenecks • Communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders • Ensure designs align with business goals, brand guidelines, and user needs Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field • 3–7 years of experience in UI/UX, product design, or project management • Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design • Experience with design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
