Key Responsibilities:- • Process UK Life Pension & Insurance transactions with high accuracy • Handle pension administration, policy servicing, claims processing, and customer data updates • Review and validate customer information to ensure compliance • Maintain process documentation and follow UK regulatory guidelines • Coordinate with internal teams for process-related clarifications • Meet daily/weekly SLAs, productivity targets, and quality benchmarks • Ensure adherence to company and client compliance standards Required Skills:- • Hands-on experience in UK Life Pension processes • Strong understanding of UK Insurance & Pension operations • Knowledge of pension policies, claims, annuities, fund management, and administration • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Good communication and process documentation skills Eligibility • 1-4 years of relevant experience in UK Pension or Insurance operations • Comfortable working in 1:30 PM -11 PM shift • Good process knowledge, problem-solving, and analytical ability • Immediate joiners only
