Location Name: Pune Corporate Office - HO Job Purpose This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. Duties And Responsibilities • Responsible for entire back end process of business, New initiative drive, day to day process related issues resolutions, New enhancements and Projects. • Engage with internal stakeholders like Risk, Marketing, Finance, COE & IT for smooth functioning of business. • Design and execute promotion schemes with manufacturer/sales team. • Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements of sales are timely addressed. • Responsible for communications in terms of reports & analysis. Required Qualifications And Experience • Post Graduate in Management from a good institute. • 2 – 3 years of experience with at least 2 years in a similar role. • Capable of interacting with Teams and field members. • Should be capable of understanding field issues and convert them into actionable and improvements. • Should have excellent communication & analytical skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills. • Should be an excellent Team Player & Interpersonal Skills. • High motivational levels and being a self-starter are essentials.
