Job Title: UX/UI Senior Developer Experience 4–6 years in UX/UI design and front-end development Location: Bangalore (work from office) Contract Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Senior Developer who can lead user experience and interface design across complex web and mobile applications. The role requires strong expertise in user-centered design, design systems, and front-end implementation, working closely with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-performing digital experiences. Key Responsibilities UX Responsibilities • Lead UX strategy and design for web and mobile applications. • Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping. • Create personas, wireframes, user flows, information architecture, and interaction models. • Translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences. • Validate designs using usability testing and analytics insights. • Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 / ADA standards). UI Responsibilities • Design high-fidelity UI mockups, prototypes, and visual assets. • Maintain and evolve design systems, UI libraries, and style guides. • Ensure consistency across platforms and devices. • Collaborate with branding teams to align UI with corporate identity. • Optimize UI for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. Development Responsibilities • Convert designs into pixel-perfect, responsive UI using modern front-end technologies. • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation. • Review and guide front-end code quality related to UI/UX. • Support integration with platforms such as: • Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA) • Adobe Commerce / Headless Commerce • CMS and Design Systems Required Skills & Qualifications UX/UI & Design • Strong expertise in UX methodologies, usability principles, and interaction design. • Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Zeplin. • Deep understanding of responsive and mobile-first design. • Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design. Front-End & Technical • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. • Experience with ReactJS / Angular / Vue.js. • Familiarity with design-to-code workflows. • Experience working with REST APIs and headless architectures. • Understanding of performance optimization and SEO-friendly UI. Soft Skills • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to mentor junior designers and developers. • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
