Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Valuation Engineer, located in Chennai. The Valuation Engineer will be responsible for conducting property valuations, preparing detailed valuation reports, analyzing financial data, and providing quantitative assessments. The role involves collaborating with clients, financial institutions, and internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery. Qualifications • Strong foundation in Financial Engineering and Quantitative Finance • Proficiency in Finance and Quantitative Analytics • Excellent Analytical Skills for data interpretation and strategic decision-making • Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Civil Engineering or Finance • Strong understanding of property valuation principles and methods • Knowledge of local property regulations and guidelines • Excellent communication and report writing skills • Ability to manage tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail
