Role Overview: You are required to be a Qualified CA, CFA (USA), or MBA in Finance with 4-6 years of experience in Valuations and Financial Modeling. As a Valuation Manager, your responsibilities will include independently managing end-to-end Valuation Assignments, planning, team/client management, execution, and delivery of assignments with quality in a timely and effective manner. The job location is in Gurgaon with potential travel to client places in Delhi NCR or outside on a need basis. Key Responsibilities: - Possessing skills in Financial Modelling, Valuation Concepts, and Regulatory Requirements - Managing various engagements such as Business Valuations, Intangible Valuations, PPA, Convertible Securities, and ESOP valuations - Handling multiple client engagements and interactions - Demonstrating a sound knowledge of Indian Laws and Regulations related to valuation requirements - Proficient in planning and managing projects for timely delivery with good quality - Managing teams, delivery, and quality - Assessing requirements, developing client briefs, valuation methodology, and approach independently - Developing talents to support the firm's growth - Utilizing computer skills (MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and working knowledge of databases like Capital IQ, PitchBook, and Thomson Reuters Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with Indian and Global clients - Strong report writing skills - Familiarity with regulatory laws and compliance - Possessing an entrepreneurial mindset and go-getter attitude - Experience with data analytical tools Additional Details: The Valuation Manager will be responsible for various aspects within valuation, including fair value determination, intangible assets valuations, and project planning. There will be opportunities for learning and cross-functional work with other departments.
