Core responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, setting sales goals, analyzing market data, managing sales forecasts, and overseeing key accounts. The role also requires effective communication with cross-functional teams and managing a skilled workforce to deliver exceptional customer experience and operational excellence. Qualifications • Proven expertise in Sales and Customer Satisfaction to achieve and exceed revenue goals • Strong skills in General Management and Team Management to effectively lead teams and drive operational success • Demonstrated ability in Customer Service to foster enduring client relationships • Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills • Experience in data-driven decision making and performance analysis • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership or general management, preferably in the real estate sector
