We Are Immediately Hiring for a Sr. GM – Accounts & Finance / AVP / VP / Finance Head. Position Reporting To: MD & CMD Experience: 10–15+ years We are looking for a highly experienced Finance Head to lead our client company’s finance function. The ideal candidate will provide strong financial governance, oversee statutory and tax compliance, and support the MD & CMD with accurate financial insights for strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: ✓ Develop and execute financial strategies, plans, and budgets aligned with company goals. ✓ Supervise accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, variance analysis, and profitability studies. ✓ Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning. ✓ Implement and maintain robust internal controls and ensure adherence to all financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards. ✓ Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital. ✓ Work closely with other departments (Operations, Sales, etc.) and external auditors/financial institutions. ✓ Identify financial risks and opportunities, advising on mitigation strategies.
