The Vice President of Blockchain will oversee the development, implementation, and management of blockchain-based solutions and initiatives. Key responsibilities include leading blockchain strategy, managing projects, supervising blockchain development teams, researching industry trends, and ensuring the timely delivery of secure and scalable blockchain solutions. The role will also involve collaborating with various stakeholders to align blockchain technology initiatives with overall business goals. Qualifications • Strong expertise in Blockchain Development, Blockchain Architecture, and Smart Contract development • Proficiency in Cryptography, Decentralized Finance (DeFi) solutions, and Distributed Ledger Technologies • Experience in Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning • Knowledge of programming languages such as Solidity, Python, Java, or similar is preferred • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills • Proven ability to manage end-to-end blockchain projects within deadlines • Experience with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar is advantageous • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Blockchain Technology, or a related field
