Role Description As the Vice President of Investment Banking at Xpertiz, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing and executing investment banking initiatives. Responsibilities include leading M&A transactions, performing due diligence, developing financial models, and providing strategic advice to clients on financial planning and decision-making. You will also manage client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deal execution and delivery of exceptional financial solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. Qualifications: • Strong expertise in Financial Modeling and Finance • 9+ Years experience in Investment Banking with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) • Proficiency in conducting Due Diligence and analyzing financial and operational data • Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering results • MBA, CFA, or equivalent qualification in Finance or a related field • Prior experience in strategy development or business consulting is a plus
