We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, POM Product Owner to join our Custody, Trustee & Depositary Centre of Excellence (COE) team. This role is located in Pune. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: • Collaborate with the Business, SMEs, and End Users to gather and develop story level requirements in JIRA that allows the Development Team to deliver a consistent level of high-quality code. • Participate in all agile/sprint activities (planning, backlog refinement, retrospective, standups, and design). • Create and maintain story level functional, non-functional requirements and Acceptance Criteria in JIRA (excluding technical tasks). • Write and elaborate stories to align with Product definition of “Ready for Development.” • Validate stories with cross-functional stakeholders, including Business, SMEs, and End Users to gather requirements and desired outcomes. • Review test cases with testers to ensure test results meet expected outcomes as defined in acceptance criteria. • Review testing failures to identify potential missed/new requirements or defects. • Prepare and circulate release notes as part of operational readiness. • Support other Ops readiness activities as required.
