This full-time, on-site position is based in Hyderabad. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, streamlining post-sales processes, and driving customer success strategies. The role also involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for upselling, client engagement, and operational efficiency. Qualifications • Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Business Development • Strong skills in Account Management and Sales Operations • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities • Experience in customer retention strategies and post-sales management • Ability to develop and execute client-first strategies • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field • Experience in a leadership role within the education, Skill Tech, or related industry is a plus.
