We’re Hiring: Vice President – Product & Delivery Location: Gurugram/Noida Are you a visionary product leader with a passion for driving innovation and delivering impactful technology solutions in the insurance domain? We’re looking for a Vice President – Product & Delivery to lead end-to-end product strategy, execution, and customer success across global markets. About the Role This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for owning the full lifecycle of insurance technology solutions—from product vision and roadmap execution to implementation and customer success. You’ll lead distributed teams across India and the UK, supporting clients primarily in the US, Australia, and the UK. What You’ll Do Product Strategy & Management • Define and drive product vision aligned with market needs • Own and execute product roadmaps with a focus on customer value • Ensure delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions • Lead product quality, automation, and vendor management initiatives Customer Success & Delivery • Own P&L for implementation and drive profitability • Improve implementation efficiency by 10% YoY • Build strong client relationships across global markets • Oversee successful delivery, adoption, and customer satisfaction Operations & Financial Leadership • Manage R&D investments (≤25% of revenue) while sustaining innovation • Optimize resource utilization and operational efficiency • Drive margin improvement and financial performance Pre-Sales & Solutioning • Support pre-sales with demos, proposals, and business cases • Lead contract negotiations with clients and partners Leadership & Collaboration • Lead cross-functional teams across geographies • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence • Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and senior stakeholders Success Metrics • R&D investment efficiency ≤25% of revenue • 10% YoY improvement in implementation efficiency • Strong P&L performance and margin growth • High customer satisfaction & Net Promoter Score • On-time product roadmap delivery with improved quality What We’re Looking For Experience • 18+ years in product management, delivery, or technology leadership • 5+ years in the global insurance industry • Proven P&L ownership and business impact • Experience leading distributed, global teams Skills • Deep insurance domain expertise (P&C preferred) • Strong product management and technical acumen • Strategic thinking with execution excellence • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication Education • Bachelor’s degree required • MBA or Master’s preferred Why This Role? • Lead global teams across India, UK, US, and Australia • Own strategy, execution, and financial outcomes • Drive innovation in insurance technology • Shape the future of product and delivery at scale Ideal Candidate A strategic yet hands-on leader who balances innovation with execution, thrives in dynamic environments, and is passionate about building high-performing teams and delivering customer value.
