About the job
Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong relationships with MNC clients across various industries to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions • Proactively identify growth opportunities and cross-sell the bank's products and services to existing clients • Collaborate with the bank's product and industry specialists to deliver comprehensive financial solutions • Analyze market trends and client feedback to recommend strategic initiatives that drive business growth • Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements • Contribute to the team's overall performance and the achievement of the bank's business objectives • Implement & execute IBG1 business strategy to increase market share & to achieve targets consistent with IBG1’s revenue, ROE & Cost / Income ratio targets. Cross sell other products of the bank including cash, treasury, trade & others • Grow the team’s portfolio profitability by identifying new and existing customer potential including sales opportunities and new product promotion initiatives • Control and quality of the portfolio, using available triggers and adherence to Risk management guidelines and policies • Develops and maintains a detailed knowledge of industry sectors within the customer portfolio Requirements • Experience in MNC corporate banking, with a proven track record of client relationship management and business development which will be key focus for the resource • Strong understanding of the financial needs and challenges faced by clients across various industries • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address client needs • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the bank's overall success • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct • Sound Understanding of credit proposals and knowledge of competitors and market place Education / Preferred Qualifications An MBA or CA with relevant number of years of experience in banking is preferable.
