Job Title: Vice President – Sales Location: Lucknow Experience Required: 12+ years Upcoming Project- Noida International Film City & Astrathum About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President – Sales to lead and scale our sales operations in Lucknow. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in real estate sales, team leadership, strategy planning, and revenue growth within a reputed builder firm. Key Responsibilities · Drive end-to-end sales for the region and achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets. · Manage direct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and final closures. · Build strong relationships with HNIs, channel partners, and corporate clients. · Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies for market penetration. · Conduct site visits, handle customer queries, and ensure a premium client experience. · Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams for smooth lead follow-ups and conversions. · Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize sales performance. · Represent the organization at events, exhibitions, and sales conferences. · Provide regular MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates to management. Requirements · 12+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a senior leadership role. · Experience in a Builder/Developer firm. · Proven track record of high-value closures and strong market network in Uttar Pradesh/Lucknow region. · Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. · Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor and deliver results. · Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. · Comfortable with a 6-day working schedule
