As a Visiting Faculty in Advanced Statistics, your role will involve teaching at the undergraduate or postgraduate level in Data Science or related programs. You should have a strong academic background and the ability to simplify complex statistical concepts for students with diverse learning backgrounds. Key Responsibilities: - Teach topics such as multivariate analysis, hypothesis testing, statistical inference, regression models, Bayesian statistics, etc. - Deliver lectures, conduct tutorials, and guide students on projects and assignments. - Coordinate with the academic team to enhance the curriculum and incorporate relevant real-world applications. - Optional but preferred: Use Python or R in teaching applied statistics. Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate or doctoral degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields. - Prior teaching experience at the UG/PG level preferred. - Familiarity with statistical tools/software (Python, R, SPSS, etc.). - Must be based in Mumbai or available to teach on campus.
