Visit our Career Page to learn more about our team: https://www.elfbeauty.com/work-with-us Job Summary: The Visual Merchandising (VM) Operations Analyst is responsible for managing global data and operational processes that support the execution of in-line and promotional VM programs. This role focuses on data entry, reporting, and performance tracking to ensure seamless coordination between cross-functional teams, vendors, and global partners. The ideal candidate will leverage data insights to improve efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness across all VM operations. Responsibilities • Inventory Management • Monitor and report weekly inventory levels at DSV, ODW, and Darko warehouses • Track full kits, expansion kits (Capex), reset kits, aftercare, and componentry for future programs (Opex) • Support cost-saving and sustainability initiatives through data insights • Freight and Parcel Tracking • Obtain and maintain global shipment tracking from vendors, distributors, and brokers • Update and communicate shipment status for all active programs to Sales, 3rd Party Merchandising, and Retail partners • Support shipment tracking for 50,000+ retailer locations in North America and 8,000+ in EU and UK • Oversee tracking for 75,000+ annual shipments across US, Canada, EU, and UK • Installation Tracking • Collect and update global installation status per store from installation vendors • Maintain accurate installation data and report progress to Sales, 3rd Party Merchandising, and Retail partners • Store List Management • Maintain and update global store lists by country and retailer in Airtable (70+ store lists) • Metrics, KPIs, and Reporting • Generate weekly and monthly reports for Finance, covering tracking, inventory, and installation data • Monitor and analyze KPIs such as: • Logistics: On-Time Delivery, Lost Kits/Shrink • Inventory: Inventory Turnover • Installation: Completion Rate, Incomplete Installations Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field • 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or data analysis (experience in retail or visual merchandising preferred) • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Airtable, and data visualization/reporting tools • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy • Strong communication and coordination skills across global teams • Ability to manage large datasets and deliver timely operational insights • Familiarity with freight tracking systems, installation workflows, or global distribution processes is a plus This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this position.
