Chennai / Gurugram Experience Required: 3-8 Years Working Model : 4 Days a week from Office Our client is an agentic AI platform for financial services. They are looking for a voice AI engineer to help shape the company's tech, product, and culture. They are currently working with a bunch of enterprise customers and banks, and are experiencing rapid growth. They are looking to hire mid to senior engineers who can take their V1 into a more scalable, robust platform as they prepare for more growth. **Job Responsibilities** • Build large-scale agents for voice and chats for enterprises • Clean, prune, and collect datasets to analyze model performance, hallucination rates, recall, etc. • Experience with voice AI is mandatory. You should have built and taken voice AI agents to production, run monitoring, and made improvements. We expect you to have an extremely strong bias toward action, strong motivation, side projects, and to have built and/or scaled systems from scratch.
